We collect customer-related information, including names, images, phone numbers, payment details, and the starting date of the subscription.
The purpose of collecting this information is to help business owners manage customer subscriptions, track payments, receive automated reminders, and easily contact customers when needed.
Data is stored in Firestore and Cloudinary. Business owners decide how long to retain customer data and can delete it when the customer leaves the service. We use Flutter Firebase Authentication for security but no additional security measures.
We do not share user data with any third parties except for essential services like Firebase, Cloudinary, and Railway for hosting.
Business owners have full rights to view, correct, or delete their customer data. However, customers themselves do not have the ability to request access or modifications to their data.
We do not use cookies, analytics tools, or other tracking technologies.
We currently do not handle payments directly or through any third-party services. However, we plan to integrate Razorpay in the future.
Data retention is managed by business owners. Once a customer leaves the service, their data can be deleted.
The app is specifically designed for business owners and is not intended for minors. Age restrictions apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Users will be notified via in-app notifications.
